In the last decade, I have become a highly sought after keynote speaker for hundreds of public and private events across North America and the UK. I am well known for my interactive presentation style and my ability to make complex information feel fun and easy to understand.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, and a Diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management. I have also completed a multitude of continuing education courses to ensure I am keeping current with the latest methodologies and tools in the industry – including a certification in the area of Stress Management from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
I’ve completed a post-graduate certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – and have gone on to become a cutting edge Behavior Change Expert as an International Master Trainer in Personality Assessment and also in Strengths Assessment. I’ve also been privileged to study under one of the top pioneers in genetics, specifically looking at the impact of our DNA on personality, behavior and eating patterns. In addition, I am an internationally Certified High Performance Coach, currently working for one one of the most influential and followed leaders in the Personal Development world today while also running my own private coaching practice.

I am a frequent expert guest on both television and radio and hosted my own radio show for over a year – all on the subjects of high performance, success, productivity, time management, fitness, nutrition, how to live a purpose-driven life and the importance of contribution. I was featured in the book Get Real, which profiled a select group of 26 successful Canadian women. I have been a regular columnist for iRun Magazine. Plus I’ve been featured in numerous national publications such as More Magazine, Today’s Bride, Parents’ Canada and Zoomer Magazine.
Currently, I am also an official contributor and coach to One Wise Life, an exploding Personal Development online magazine as well as the co-host of a weekly show on Blab with the Founder of One Wise Life, Maria Flynn.
I’m the author of Change4Good – The Ten Essentials for Food, Fitness and the Good Life. This life and health management program, and now published book, focuses on changing habits around attitude, behaviour, nutrition and fitness in order to achieve your highest level of health, happiness.
Until my recent move to the US, I was an active member on the Board and passionately involved with the National Initiative for Eating Disorders, a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise awareness and promote education about this serious medical condition. This topic is personally very familiar to me and which I share more about in my story.
