Why Lauren?

My experience

I am one of approximately 1,000 elite internationally Certified High Performance Coaches™ in the world, I’ve built a significant private coaching and mentoring practice and am privileged to also be the Director of Coaching for one of the most recognized, influential, and successful personal development leaders and companies in the world, where I lead a powerful group of over 50 coaches.

I’ve built my private coaching and mentoring  practice, by living an authentic, intentional and high performance life – grounded in my mission and purpose. I use relevant, cutting-edge, research and science-backed  tools and strategies. I’m committed to coaching my clients to greater ambitions and levels of success. I’m committed to being instrumental in helping them break thought their blindspots effectively and quickly. And I always listen to challenge them and then support them on their journey to more quickly  achieve and then sustain the life they truly want,  yet thought unlikely to achieve.

And I consistently do all of this by leveraging my experience of completing well over 11,000 hours of 1:1 coaching sessions, 100’s of hours of group coaching sessions, running an online subscription coaching program and my 100’s of hours training and mentoring other coaches. I tap into and trust my unique gifts, talents and intuition. I hold my clients accountable to a high level of engagement and action. I am results driven and don’t hold back from challenging my clients and having hard conversations. But in doing this I am kind, honest and transparent and my clients know I am with them for the long haul.

In addition to the above, I also bring into my coaching my knowledge of psychology, behavior change and personality types, fitness and nutrition and of course world-class, science-backed strategies and tools.

All of this not only supports my clients in achieving their goals faster, but it also educates, empowers and motivates them to embrace that there is always another level to go to so that they keep working and  striving to be the best that they can be in order to fulfill their greatest potential  in all areas of their life.

I have also  have had the honor to speak and present at hundreds of public and private events across North America, Canada and the UK. I’m well known for my interactive and relatable presentation style and my ability to make complex information easy to understand and implement.  And in doing this, I’ve been blessed to share the stage with icons like Les Brown, Trent Shelton, Tony Horton, Dean Graziosi and Brendon Burchard.

Education

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, and a Diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management. I have also completed a multitude of continuing education courses to ensure I am always keeping current with the latest methodologies and tools in the industry – including a certification in the area of Stress Management from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School. I’ve completed a post-graduate certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I’m a Certified and International Master Trainer and Coach in Personality Profiles and Strengths Coaching.

And last but not least, I’m a Certified High Performance Coach™. This has without a doubt, taken by my extensive and diverse background, training, experience and coaching to a new level of impact, effectiveness and demand for which I’m incredibly proud of.
